Saturday - Travel to stunning Longleat House, its grandeur brought to life
at this magical time of year .The Festival of Light ticket allows unlimited entry to the House, the Main Square attractions and the extraordinary Festival of Light, its theme this year being Myths and Legends. It’s the  UK's original, biggest and unsurpassed lantern festival with hundreds of breath-taking, illuminated lanterns, set in over 30 acres of splendid 'Capability' Brown landscaped grounds and it transform Longleat as darkness falls.
In November the lights are usually turned on around 4.30pm
The lanterns are positioned around the formal gardens and Main Sqare and take approximately an hour to walk around

Sunday  -  Visit to the beautiful Cathedral City of Exeter en route home

The Grange Hotel is a former manor house, this comfortable and stylish  4 * hotel is  situated approx. 10 miles from Bristol city centre in 18 acres of landscaped gardens. It boasts an AA rosette  restaurant, bar and lounge. There is no lift but the hotel has some ground floor rooms. All bedrooms are en suite, with air conditioning, HD TV, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
